My name is Wisnu Yumna Yudhanta, aged 19 years, I live in Indonesia, more precisely in Central Java, my job is a student that is a student from POLITEKNIK HOPE TEGAL TOGETHER. This time I discussed according to the theme "Impact of IT and Internet Science for Education". By the way elementary school children now have sophisticated facilities from their parents, for example: smartphones, cellphones, tabletphones, etc.

When I was in elementary school now, I looked to play games, play social media, and also not be separated from internet sites, namely: YouTube and Google. In my opinion, the subject of ICT itself is available in elementary schools, ICT covers two aspects, namely Information Technology and Communication Technology.

Specifically, the aim of studying Information and Communication Technology is to realize that we will have the potential for ever-changing ICT developments so that they are motivated to evaluate and study current technology as a basis for learning positive activities, and can develop our competencies in using information and communication technology to support teaching and learning activities, work, and various activities in daily life.

Are there negative impacts of Information Technology and the Internet for Education? Of course there is the Misuse of knowledge for certain people to commit criminal acts, on the internet there are various sites that do not educate and make users become corrupted or affected by their minds, such as porn sites, gambling, etc., and can make use of them. being lazy, the child is crazy at the game and forgets time.

But there are some positive effects. Try to see that we do not misunderstand the existence of IT and Internet Science for Education. Here are the points, can help the learning process itself, more quickly and easily accessible, there is a virtual classroom, which is very easy for students to communicate with the instructor or commonly called the system face to face, and can facilitate the business system and activities administration in an educational institution because of its application.

So IT is very important for the current generation so that technology and the internet are not misused, and do not assume that the technology that this problem can adapt to us, if its use does not know about IT and the Internet.
